Step 1

Create your account

Sign up at paywithplay.africa with your name and email address. No credit card required.

  • Enter your full name and email address
  • Verify your email and log in to your dashboard
  • Your free credits are automatically added to your account

Step 2

Build your AI agent

Create and personalise your voice agent — give it a name, a voice, and configure what it says to your customers.

  • Click Create Agent from your dashboard
  • Choose your agent's voice, language and accent
  • Write or customise your call script
  • Set business hours, FAQs and responses

Step 3

Go to Billing & Credits

From the dropdown menu, navigate to Billing & Usage and select a prepaid credit plan.

  • Open the dropdown menu and click Billing & Usage
  • Select a Prepaid Credit Plan
  • You will be credited with 50 credits upon purchase
  • Phone numbers cost 25 credits per month — so 50 credits covers your first number plus usage
💳 Credits are prepaid and never expire. You only spend credits when you use them — no hidden charges.

Step 4

Purchase a phone number

Go to Phone Numbers in the dropdown menu and purchase a dedicated number for your business.

  • Open the dropdown menu and click Phone Numbers
  • Click Purchase Phone Number
  • Select your country and preferred number
  • 25 credits will be deducted from your balance
🇳🇬 Nigerian numbers: Please allow 2–3 working days for your Nigerian number to become active after purchase. Numbers from all other countries are activated immediately.

Step 5

Activate inbound calls

Register your phone number to your agent so it starts answering calls from your customers immediately.

  • Open the dropdown menu and click Inbound
  • Click Activate Inbound
  • Select your phone number and assign your AI agent
  • Your number is now live — share it with your customers
Free Plan: Your AI agent will answer every inbound call 24/7. Outbound calling is not available on the free plan. Upgrade to Pro to unlock outbound calls, multiple numbers, multiple widgets, and full features.
